The standard size on this necklace is 16". For thinner necks/choker , go with 15". For wider necks, go 17" or 18". Check out to the necklace sizing guide in product photos
If you're not sure, then you're probably good with 16". Most necklaces offered are 16". If you've found them to be too tight to too loose in the past, select your size with that in mind. It's an "if you know, you know" situation.
